I have an 8 - module relay which I had connected to PI3. I controlled it via Domoticz. Is it possible to connect it to PI5 today and control it via Domoticz?

Yes, nothing should change, the module is either on MCP23S17 or PCF8574, the GPIO Pi pinout has not changed.
