Hello,
I have a problem with BSEED Zigbee series E mechanical switches.
I bought this equipment for £2,000 (blinds, switches, some sockets), unfortunately the sound they make when connected to power (standby) is a quiet squeal but at such frequencies that it hurts your head and with so many switches you can hear it everywhere in the rooms.
The seller is offering financial compensation of ~£500 or a refund as they don't have 'quiet' equipment. The question is whether there is an option to re-solder the coil in this equipment, is this worthwhile?
Does anyone have a whole house made Zigbee switch from another company they can recommend to me? I need to combine several switches in a row in different configurations so either something with a configurator on order or a modular solution, preferably with a mechanical click but I will also consider touch in this tricky situation....
