Pie Press Control

I bough a used pie press machine that came without controls.I would like to wire it the right way.The previous owner just had an electric schematic which I'm having trouble figuring out.I already bough the new components and wired it, but I can't have the machine to work the right way.
Operational Sequence:
1-Pressing the two (NO)push buttons the die goes down and stays until timer time has elapsed,then goes up and a limit switch cut the power of the solenoid.
This machine is hydraulic, that uses 120 volts for the controls and a 3 phase pump which is wired separately.I would appreciate any help, schematic or web resource.

Fernando, it may be a bit more helpful for others if you would post the schematic. That picture is somewhat lacking in details. It does seem that it is fairly simple electrically, but I couldn't tell without that schematic.

This is the original schematic.There is no description of "no" or "nc" on timer and relay.
I will send you the picture of the new timer.

Hello Ray, I also have the same machine. Do you have a list of the parts you replaced and where you ordered them from? I have a couple more of these machines that don't work for various reasons. I would like to get them up and running for the holidays.
Right now I need a travel limit switch.
Also, how did you center and level the bottom plate?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
