Can you provide more description. What is your circuit supposed to do? What do you mean by (5 ON /5 OFF) and what type of bulbs you are using. You can also share a link to a datasheet.
It is a Blinking Circuit where out of 100 5w Color Bulbs every other 5 bulbs lights while the other 5 bulbs are off & it goes so forth ( first 5 bulbs are lit while the 2nd lot of 5 bulbs are off ) it runs through a 12v Rectifier
