I think I need AC current and not DC!? Right?
What frequency? What max value of AC current/voltage?
Any info will be useful!

I assume you mean human skin resistance. How you measure this depends on what the measured value will be used for. If used for AC power safety current 50 or 60 Hz is appropriate. I would use a few volts.

The UL leakage current measurement method uses a Low Pass filter to simulate the characteristics of human leakage current.
