Can anyone tell me what is a way to meger the final distribution board??
i saw meger on the cable but never done on final distribution board kindly let me know how to perform it??

All end users ( light motors etc.) disconnected, all if installed electronic meters diconnected.
Of course no incomming live power.
Measure beteen ground and phase, ground and nutraul and if three pahse in beteen all phases.
results must be above 1 mega ohm.

and what will be the min value for "4Cx CU/XLPE/SWA/PVC" cable??? and what is a procedure for this ?? we should disconnect it from main distribution board and transformer feeder pillar???

If we talk about a 400/480 volt network tested at 1000volt it must be also above 1 mega ohm.
