Do you mean: audio amplifier that is _powered_ by a USB port?

What kind of audio amplifier?

* Mono/Stereo/? ?
* Linear, class-D, etc.
* To drive what: headphones, small speakers, large speakers, your eardrums (directly), singing flames, thunder clouds (modulated lightening)
* From what kind of input: microphone (what kind), line-in, phonograph needle, hydrophone, electric eel, piezoelectric tap shoes, God's tonsils???

Or did you mean to send an audio signal up a USB port, in which case, you're making no sense.

Or, maybe you meant interfacing digital audio to a USB port, no?

And, what are your "doubts in USB circuits"?
