hi i have an old stereo and i want to turn it off when i stop music from AUX input .
Can I ask for a guide about a circuit like that on the amplifier and the remote wire?

You want a vox switch (Voice activated sound switch )

See link below and then modify for line level If you add logic gates then you can control the length of time or flip from one state to another depending on what you want to finally achieve
