Can anybody help me? Write the figure logic function of the circuit and reduction of the minimalist with - or expression.

As per the 74LS138 datasheet, all outputs will be high _unless_ E1 and E2 are low and E3 is high (E1 = 0, E2 = 0, E3 = 1). It also says that if E1, E2 and E3 are otherwise the A0-A2 can be used as strobe inputs to make the IC operate as a demultiplexer instead of a decoder.
