I wish to design an audio amplifier with soft punching effect. So, kindly assist me to provide the MOSFET IC number and the equivalent driver circuit. Please, anyone assist me, in this regard. Thanks.

You can use BD522 and BD512 as your power transistor. IRF510 and IRFP9240 can also be used. Just check their corresponding datasheet for your desired output.

By the term "soft punching" do you mean soft clipping?

One way to implement soft clipping is by using very little or no global feedback and using a DC coupled topology. When a high gain amplifier having much feedback (to reduce the loop gain) saturates (clips), the feedback signal no longer increases with increasing input signal. The amp then drives hard into the rail (saturates or clips hard) and any coupling or compensation capacitors charge up and cause problems for the amp when when it tries to come out of saturation.
