Hello.
Do you think it is possible to build an audio amplifier that works with SiC MOSFETs?
If so, what could be a better configuration? Class A, B, C, D or other?

They can be bought off the shelf.
In theory they could operate in any class, but audio engineers and "purists" would probably have comments to make on the issue, no different to any other technology in that respect, valve, BJT or MOSFET.

At the linear regime level, the SiC MOSFET behaves like any other device (transistor, Si MOSFET, IGBT).
The additional advantages are the speed and the high voltages that can be reached.
Furthermore, the input and output capacities are minimal, even 10 times lower than a conventional mosfet.
