DC motor speed control for treadmills

Hello,
I have a treadmill that I bought many years ago, I have no information about it more than it is made in Korea, no manufacturer name, no circuit diagrams for its motor controller. An image of controller circuit pcb is attached. The information that is on the motor body is: Wingtech Co. Ltd. Korea, Koyang-City, Kyungki-deo, South Korea. Model Dm-01, Volt 220v, Amp 10.5 A, RPM 3600, HP 3.5, speed 1km/h to 12km/h, Lot number 576883739.
Is there any one who have the circuit diagram of that motor controller to enable me to repair it?

Have you check if it is related to DM-01 series actuators?

or

Try some related motors of other brands.
