They are most likely the same. It is up to you which do you prefer to handle, the HV equipment or the LV equipment. It is about passion where you can find the true market of the job. If you pick electrical, you can still comprehend the electronics. If you pick electronics you can still comprehend electrical. In every industry there is always an electrical and electronics. I, myself studied those two fields in power electronics. They just like the father and the son. Electrical is the father and electronics is the son. ^^
