Omron Temperature Control Communication Software

Hello everyone,
I have integrated the Omran temperature control E5CN-H to my system. I have problem to communicate this controller to control PC. I need to reset this unit in the case of error.
I could find the Omran software CX-One / CX-One Lite on their website, but I don't want to pay a lot for just one command.

I am using in house software base on Modbus protocol, the communication type is RS232.

E5_C Support tool CX-Thermo (I think the latest version is 4) should be available as a free download from the Omron web site, you have to register first, see if that helps. Good luck finding it, their web site navigation has to be the very worst that I have come across. I used an earlier version of one of their temperature controllers, the language reference manual had a complete list of commands, they can be sent by any programming language that supports serial coms (we used a virtual USB com port and a cable supplied by OMRON) , the commands were just a series of ascii characters. The control software they supplied (as above) was a stand alone application, but it was useful during the set up phase.
