Communication with the controller - What is RS communication?

Hi.
I would like to connect to the eco-pea oven controller because I would like to build a remote parameter display system in the kitchen. I looked in the driver's manual that you can connect via Ethernet or RS and here my question appears. What is this RS communication? You can buy regulators with RS communication, but what is it actually? RS resembles RS232 or RS485, but it seems to me unlikely that this is the case. On the Internet I found only very general terms for this communication. Anyone knows what exactly it is (whether it is RS485 or something similar, because if not, I will not play in implementing the protocol). When it comes to ethernet, can anyone know on what protocol it works wonder?

If it has ethernet, then tcp / ip protocol, simply ask to connect to the modem and search for the controller in the home network ew look for the manufacturer's website there is no application for snow

Serial communication on rs485 probably your boiler uses modbus rtu or tcp. you can buy a lot of goodies on rs485 but furnace manufacturers often don't provide variable addresses.
They force you to buy ready-made furnace setters.
