Problem in serial communication

HI,

PLC - MITSUBISHI with FX3U-232-BD

I am working with RS232 communication, when i interface micro controller to PC through MAX232 transceiver its works well both TXD and RXD, then i interface PLC to PC its also works well but when i interface micro controller to PLC its not work. In PLC side not Received any data from micro controller and in controller side not received any data from PLC. For that i checked the voltage levels of TX and RX pin of MAX232 in oscilloscope its approximately 14V PK-PK in both PC-micro controller and PLC-micro controller. Am confused kindly give any suggestions about this...

Thanks for reply, actually baud rate is the issue in our controller we can able to set only 9627 instead of 9600. Finally we change the baud rate from 9627 into 9523 then it works. And also for this baud rate only works. Already we worked lot projects interfacing PLC to controller in all baud rate they are all works fine, but this is the first time we faced this issue. Only difference is now we used freescale controller before used atmel controllers.
