I AM ANALYZING AN OLD 3 PHASE CIRCUIT. This 3 phase circuit feeds a large rectifier. Right before the rectifier there are three RC circuits on the 3 phase power lines. Phase 1 has a capacitor and resistor in series, Phase 2 , same setup, Phase 3, same setup and the other side of each of the three resistors are tied together. What exactly is the purpose of this circuit.
