I am trying to build a Sequencer Device for my university assignment. The device is supose to have 3 inputs: A start input, a clock and a pause. The objective is to output a sequence of numbers (2014388...) using 4 outputs that represent the decimal number.
I have two major questions for this asignment: 1) How can i make the output numbers appear in the order I want (2014388...)?
2) What type of flip-flops should I use?
