hello everyone. how i want to stop the first clock from counting after it reach 0, but in the same time the second clock will counting immediately when the first clock reach 0.

help me

Hi,

You can do a "sequential logic circuit('')":http://www.instructables.com/id/Digital-Clock-Sequential-Logic-Design/ wherein when the counter reaches 0, it latches for the second clock to start counting.
