I'm presently employed as a maintenance worker in an apartment building while I go to school at night for HVAC/R. I intend to focus a considerable amount of my continuing education after I graduate on electronic controls & building automation systems. I'm going to be signing up for a home study course just to learn the basics while I am still in school. Could somebody point me in the direction of a reasonably priced multimeter that would be practical for somebody in my situation? I have a Klein CL 700 meter, but I am concerned that this will be insufficient for electronics work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
