How to power a PSPL5867 RF amplifier

In my research, I need to use several RF amplifiers to amplify our 2 GHz signal. Now, we have bought a couple of PSPL5867 linear amplifiers http://www.tek.com/datasheet/pspl5867-15%C2%A0ghz-linear-amplifier-datasheet

Now, the problem I am issuing is how to power this device. It has FOUR prongs - "+V", "-V", "GND" and "DET". This makes me confused because I don't know to connect (Previously we used just has two prongs). And the datasheet is not clear for me also.

DET is an output from the internal power detector and can be left unconnected.
