There is a problem in my internet. When I connect my system to the modem, it does not transfer data to the system. Don't know where is the issue.
Maybe the issue was in the networking cable or the conductor.

If anyone has any good idea for it then discuss here.

Have you tried a hard reset of the modem? Generally, that is what I do when I'm not receiving data.

- Are you referring to upload rate? Meaning the modem is not communication with the server?
