Hello All,

I'm working on a research project, one of our goals is to make an LTE-4G signal performance parameters mapping over a certain area.
The parameters include (RSSI,RSRP,RSRQ,SNIR,Downlink,Uplink...etc)
I have to use something that is open source, a board or a sensor to be integrated with Raspberry pi or Arduino so I can calculate all these parameters at anytime.

Hi Mohammad-I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but check out the "Open Signal" app that will run on your smartphone. It is a crowsourced data collection system that shows the signal strength data rate, S/N ratio, etc. as received by thousands of users who are running the app.I know it's not for an Arduino or Raspberry pi, but if there's a way you can make use of it there's a tremendous amount of data being collected.-Rick

Thank you Rick,I tried Apps on android also, and some of them gives me all what I want, but the main goal of the project is not only collecting data, but also making a portable device that is totally open source and programmed by us, so that undergrad students can have full access and contribution in the work.Thank you
