Is it possible for Xbee S2C to send the 'N' number analog inputs to Arduino through the wireless network, just setting the parameters through XCTU software?If I am not then wrong ZigBee can work as the stand-alone device just to send them in mesh network without storing it in EEPROM? Any suggestions for this will be a great help.

Hi Bart-Yes, it can. The S2C can transmit up to four 10-bit analog values. You can either have it sample periodically and send the values or you can have the Arduino query the radio. The radio connected to the Arduino will have to be in API mode in order to receive the A/D readings.Those S2C's are very nice radios. I'm just wrapping up a design that uses them.-Rick

Hey RickThanks for the reply any best blog or tutorial which you know to practice this kind of solution?Also While doing this practice can we also make the sleep or deep sleep mode work or not?

I am not sure how the S2C fits into the Xbee range, but Jon Titus did a great book on experiments with the Xbee modules although IIRC in the instances where he connected to a computer, it was a PC. I am sure the port to Arduino would be easy. The book is called The Hands-on XBEE Lab Manual: Experiments that Teach you XBEE Wirelesss Communications
Aside from the Kindle edition there is also a paperback one.

Hi Bart-As for a tutorial- When I was doing the development work with the S2C I depended heavily on the tech support Gurus at Digi. They were very helpful, although much of the time their suggestions about how to write code as difficult for me to understand. I see myself as being more of a hardware guy than software.I don't think sleep or deep sleep will work unless the periodic sample rate is set to be very slow.-Rick
