Good morning,
my problem concerns the interpretation of the law regarding the location of electric car charging points for NON residential parking areas.
The italian law (Law 7 August 2012, No. 134) expresses itself on this subject by saying that:
<< for the purpose of obtaining the building permit title is mandatory, for new buildings for use other than residential with a usable area of more than 500 square meters and for
related building renovations, the installation of electrical infrastructures for the recharging of vehicles suitable to allow the connection of a car from each space to covered or uncovered parking and from each car box, whether they are appurtenant or not, in compliance with detailed building regulations set out in the regulation itself >>
When he says: << ... the connection of a car from each covered parking space ... >> does it mean a connection for a single parking space of each car or for a single parking area?
If, for example, a parking lot has 50 parking spaces, does it mean that I have to install 50 connections or just one?
I want to know also for LEED's rules
I thank you in advance,
Ettore
