Does the Aug 2019 PE Digital Sound Effects Module Support 1-2ms Servo Pulses?

In the latest, August 2019, edition of PE, there is a Digital Sound Effects Module which has piqued my interest. The article describes multiple inputs/triggers but does the design support the typical 1-2ms wide servo control pulses?
I'd potentially like to use the module with either an R/C van or a boat but want to use it with the existing control circuits.

I've not read this issue yet, so I can't talk about this module (although now you've mentioned it I want to learn more about it) -- but did you see my column on the WAV Trigger?  This might be too large for what you are looking for, but its 16 inputs can be edge or level-triggered, which means you could probably finagle servo pulses to control it (you might need to add a bit of gating logic).

Your link lead me, via the comments,  to the BBC sound effects site, a great find. I've been experimenting with two Arduino based projects, TMRpcm ,https://github.com/TMRh20/TMRpcm which can play a wav file from an SD-card and a simpler, RC application,  RC Engine sound, https://github.com/TheDIYGuy999/Rc_Engine_Sound.I like the RC engine sound as I can change the engine pitch with throttle but it is limited using the internal Flash. The TMRpcm software uses wav files on SD card and can be programmed to loop. I grabbed a diesel engine sound from the BBC website, copied it to the card and using the software, have a repeating 3 minute engine loop. Getting the sample correct in Audacity has taken some manipulation but is working Ok now.A PAM8403 amplifier module from Ebay, SD card interface and a linear regulator module (to convert 6-8V battery supply) costs <£4. An old 1 GB SD card completed the ensemble.Have just found a DFplayer MP3 module on Ebay, one is on order for <£3 from a UK supplier. At these prices it's cheap and easy to experiment
