Good evening,
I'm wanting to build an electric oven for my shop to cure paint parts at a low temp. (165 deg. F)
However, I've never done this before and was curious what kind of power, parts/wires I would need.
Constraints:
-I believe I need about 2500-3000 Watts to warm up my painted parts inside 80 cubic ft.
-Need a fan inside to circulate the heated air inside.
-Must be able to control/regulate temperature consistently (within 10 degrees would be good).
Questions:
Could you tell me what kind of power I should use? 3 phase power? 480 V or 208V?
Can you list out all the parts and wires I would need?
Do I put fuses before and after of each component? i.e. before the SSR and after
Any help would be appreciated.
