Hello to all.
I have a question, but not
I have found no answer on the Net.
An electrolytic capacitor, if it is in SHORT CIRCUIT for a long time, it discharges and its voltage goes to ZERO.
But if you remove the short circuit, the voltage on the terminals slowly rises again.
Why' ?
Thank you very much.
John
