Hi, sorry to bother here but is my final check about the quality of a specific brand and model of scooters.

Motus Scooty NeoLite 8.5. This one is the hardest known Poland scooter I was even able to check in the internet.

I'm trying all the channels to even be able to speak to someone.
It has the shortest and non-complete manual I ever seen about a product.
    https://manualmachine.com/motus/scootyneolite19km250w85/28401291-user-guide/

Why no even an error codes datasheet, why no even a bigger space for button combinations.

Well, that said, after 3 weeks' use, the E11 error is popping up, buzzing the scooter and locking it.

Did anyone know about this matter? Thanks.

AI: Could you let us know if you already tried any fixes or troubleshooting steps for the E11 error, like restarting the scooter, checking connections, or anything else?
No fixes before knowing anything about the error codes.
AI: When exactly does the E11 error show up—does it happen while riding, when you turn the scooter on, after charging, or at some other moment?
After a normal usage day, the day after it shows this error after turning on.

    >>21785985 Hallo,
E11 and the motor locking and buzzing indicate motor phase problems. However, whether the fault is in the motor or in the controller remains to be seen. Or are the plugs not making contact?

    >>21786143 Hello, thanks for the fast reply p.p".

The buzzing sound I believed had a different pattern for different errors, and I was able to reproduce a soft error, in the following manner:

when I keep the brake and turn the scooter on, it believes to have a brake issue, with error code E 15 (until of course I release the brake) then it keeps the same beep pattern, but changes back to E 11. So no luck in the sound pattern...

I suppose every cable is stable and connected, I did not open it since there should be warranty... but yes, error codes and button combinations should not be a mystery

    >>21786262 Hallo,
wait... i didn't think you were writing about a buzzing from the speaker (acoustic signal), it's just that when the phases are misconnected, the motor goes into strong vibration, which acoustically is perceived as.... well... buzzing. So a buzzing sound from the motor, and if you hear it from the loudspeaker, it is simply an error signal. But further on E11, E12, E13 are motor phase errors, so different commutation errors.
Indeed, if you have recently bought from some chain store, take it back and throw it on the counter. It's a shame to repair it.

Yep; sorry for not making it clear, it is coming from speaker. I read around some scooters have different patterns like Morse code. But no luck. The sus thing is that it just had a normal cycle. Soon I will know if the chain store is able for substitution, and coming back with more info.

Either way, I hope this post can help others who bought it.

    >>21786447 Hallo,
agreed, but these have Xiaomi scooters, and that's a big company and they come up with their own standards, and Motus apparently decided it wasn't worth much.
Anyway, go to the shop and say it broke after three weeks, and according to the rules of modern commerce it should break after the warranty. I'm sure they'll show understanding....

    Well... as a side plot...

The chain supplier, which also sells online the product, said that "is not of their competence"...

Imagine Amazon selling stuff and saying they are just the vendor, and the problem would be yours to resolve... so we are now awaiting the support response from Poland, and try in parallel to communicate with the real merchant of the chain...

    What a nightmare ._.
