I have the same pin config on a BL0937 BL602 plug and will attempt to replicate this. What is the reboot reason given in GUI for you?

    Added after 44 [minutes]:

it seems I can replicate this.

The real plug is disconnecting from MQTT often and eventually will reboot.

    Reboot reason: BL_RST_SOFTWARE_WATCHDOG

Importing the same config into a BL602 dev board and setting up HA/MQTT also gives the same behaviour, but I can watch the full debug log.

there does not seem to be any crash output but simply straight into a reboot

    Code: Text
Log in, to see the code

stop bl0937 driver and MQTT is stable again, no reboot.

    hmm

try version 1.18.209. I am not seeing reboots so far with this. 1.18.210 introduced lots of changes and I get reboot behaviour with it

When I arrive home, I'll do the test.

    Thanks for replicating.

It's my first time with OpenBK, one of the plugs I replaced the module because I broke the reboot pin and the other I applied the OpenBK and you helped me too at the other post! Thanks for your support.

Topic summary

An energy plug flashed with OpenBL602 firmware operates normally with WiFi connectivity. However, when MQTT is enabled and integrated with Home Assistant, the device experiences random restarts. The MQTT server field is currently left blank to maintain device connection without triggering restarts. The device runs firmware version 1.18.233 built on Dec 29, 2025, using a BL602 chipset. The MQTT topic is set as "obk_tomada_01," and the device short name is "obl023D92B5." The issue appears specifically linked to MQTT activation within Home Assistant, causing instability and reboot loops.
