[Solved] BL602 Device Frequent Restarts: BL-RST-SOFTWARE-WATCHDOG Error Despite Disabled Watchdog

What are the reasons for frequent device restarts?

I have a BL602 device.
After configuring Wi-Fi and MQTT information for the device, the device works normally.
Then disconnect the Wi-Fi Internet (keep the device connected to Wi-Fi), and the device will restart frequently and automatically.
The reason for displaying the error is: BL-RST-SOFTWARE-WATCHDOG
But I have disabled the watchdog, it should not work.

I want to ask how to prevent the device from being restarted frequently when the connected Wi-Fi has no Internet?

The log of the device is always lost after reboot. I can't get the reason why the device restarts frequently from the log.

Is no internet of siginificance? as in, is the device stable with OpenBeken if the internet is accessible to the device?

if it's the same with internet access, then if it were me I'd want to narrow the issue down to hardware/software by reflashing factory to see if the problem relates to OBK specifically.

The device is connected to the Wi-Fi, but Wi-Fi cannot access the Internet.

I emptied the OBK config and did the same on the device that used BK7231N, and it also had this failure.

what is your mqtt config? During testing I saw some reboots under bad wifi connection, because I suspect dns resolution took too long, could be the same with no internet.
You cannot disable this reboot currently, it's always present.
