Hello everyone,
I need your help to unbrick my Toshiba TV (Soft-Brick / Bootloop).
The TV shows the Toshiba logo for < 1 s, then black screen with backlight on. The LED stays green.
I tried a hard reset, but it didn't help. I am looking for the "upgrade_mb211.bin" or a full core update to flash via USB.
Here are the full specs from the sticker:
Brand: TOSHIBA
Model: 32WD3A63DA
Product Code: 10123518
Serial Number: 8303542 900166
Chassis: 17MB211S
Panel: VES315WNDS-2D-N22
Could someone please provide a download link for the correct recovery software (USB update)?
Thank you very much in advance!
AI: Could you please let us know what steps you have already tried to fix the bootloop issue (for example, factory reset, USB recovery, or flashing any firmware)?
I performed a hard reset by disconnecting the power for several hours. I cannot perform a factory reset via menu because the TV crashes immediately after the logo. I have not tried USB recovery yet, because I do not have the correct "upgrade_mb211.bin" file.
AI: Do you know the current firmware version installed, or can you share how the TV became bricked (e.g., after an update, power outage, etc.)?
I do not know the current firmware version because the screen goes black/standby too fast. The problem occurred spontaneously when trying to turn on the TV. It was not caused by a manual update attempt.
