My suspicion was that the hob had been incorrectly connected without a double neutral or jumper, so that only half of the hob was connected.
When I connect and start the hob now, I quickly get EEEE and then the hob switches off and cannot be started.
The previous error code is indicated when connected incorrectly, but also when communication between the circuit boards does not work in the hob. But since I do not have time to press EEEE when starting, I do not know if that is what is wrong now.
Could some part have been broken if it was connected incorrectly before? I have measured that the filter boards let through both phase and neutral to the respective power module right/left.
Does anyone have a good idea what could be wrong?
(The hob was produced in 2017 so unfortunately there is no warranty. But it looks brand new and unused. No dust on the inside or scratches.)
