    Mam pytanie o Netię Światłowód.
Dwie sprawy. Czy można u nich bez problemu podpiąć własny router. Bo mam własny OpenWRT i VPN.
Druga sprawa czy dają publiczny adres ip żeby można było otwierać porty itp itd.

You buy a permanent publisher for +10zl per month, you make a router from them in "bridge" mode and with your own equipment you set up PPP, since 2 years they ban unauthorised gpon inserts / modems, so the only option left is as I wrote, having an external permanent IP you also free yourself from CGNAT.

Can you hook up your own router with them without any problems.

    You can.

The second issue is whether they give you a public ip address so you can open ports etc etc.

They don't, you have to pay 10 zł/month for it.
    The address is public, permanent.
