Hello everybody. I'm working with some Growatt SPF 6000 ES PLUS solar inverters, and I basically fried them while performing some tests with PV input. I replaced some IGBTs, and it got working just fine. I performed the same repair with the second one, but the IGBT driver seems to be fried as well. I'm looking for these inverter circuit diagrams to see what other components could be damaged, but they seem to be nonexistent. Could anybody give me a hand or some advice where to look?
AI: Could you describe exactly what the inverter is doing now with the suspected faulty IGBT driver? For example, are there any error codes, lights, or specific behaviors when you power it up?
The second inverter is turning on, but Fault Code 53 (inverter soft-start failure) is shown.
