I have this TV, and it probably needs software.
Please, if someone can help me,
the power supply is working properly; all the voltages are correct,
the LED is red and does not turn on, even from the remote control
or from the switch on the TV.

AI: Can you tell us what voltages/signals you measured on the power supply and main board, especially standby 5V and whether PS-ON / BL-ON change when you try to power it on?
I measured 12 volts, I measured 5 volts, I measured 3.3 volts, and the voltage for the backlight.
AI: When you try to start it, is there any reaction at all (LED blinking code, backlight flash, logo, USB activity), and what is the exact code/sticker written on the 17MB185 board or NAND/eMMC label?
The LED does not blink; it remains red.
