    Hello,
I probably need firmware (USB update package or eMMC dump) for the following TV:

    TV model: Nokia UNA50GV210I (StreamView)
Main board: Vestel 17MB170, revision 130519R4
    Panel: VES600QNZB-N4-Z01
    LCM string: VES600QNZBN4Z01FATGN50000_140WQAMAB
    Board part number: 23789624

Symptom: Continuous boot loop. TV boots, accepts input for ~2 seconds, screen freezes after ~30 seconds, then reboots. Tried USB reset with StreamView's cvt_autorun_cmd file but did not fix the issue.
I can provide photos of the board and panel labels. Any help appreciated.

    NOKIA UNA50GV210I
    product code 10136128? right?
    panel code should be VES500, not VES600: it's a 50 inch, not a 60 inch

I can't find that specific product code on the television, I'll attach a picture of the motherboard (and the sticker with the panel code).
The panel code could be VES500, the 5/6, it's not that clear on the sticker.
Please let me know if you need some other codes/images

try with a usb full software recovery
software link, link valid for 7 days

copy the file upgrade_no_tvcertificate.pkg on an empty usb stick
insert the usb stick in the tv
then plug the power cord: the recovery will start automatically

the software is from a FINLUX
it will work with just one difference: the startup logo most probably will change

Sorry for the late reply, I just had the chance to try that file.
The TV is doing an OTA update right now, it seems like it's working just fine, thanks for the help! You have been a lifesaver

After the USB recovery with the Finlux firmware provided by billobirillo, the TV completed an OTA update and is now working perfectly. The root cause was likely a corrupted eMMC filesystem caused by a power cut during operation.
