I have a problem with a 2012 Kemppi Minarctig Evo 200
HF is no longer working, lift welding works, however
After disassembly, the HF board A002 seems OK. However, I am finding 0 V at terminals X1. When I weld in lift mode, it rises to around 5 V.
The problem seems to be coming from the main board Z001, which is not properly powering the HF card..
Have you ever had this type of problem?

Can you specify exactly where you measured the 0 V / 5 V at X1 (on A002 or on Z001), and in which condition: HF mode selected, torch trigger pressed, gas preflow, trying to strike arc, etc.?
Measurement of 0 V on X1 on A002 with HF mode selected, trigger pressed, attempting to initiate arc, no welding arc
Measurement of 5 V on X1 on A002 with HF mode selected, trigger pressed, touch ignition, welding arc lit
Have you already checked the supply path from Z001 to A002: fuses, connector/cable continuity, visible damage or burnt parts, and does the machine show any error LED/code when HF should start?
No error code, I can't find the wiring diagram to test the transformer that powers the HF board
