I have a Canon MF8180c that is stuck in Download Connected mode. According to AI, I need the support service tool version 3.31 or 3.32 to reset it. Do any of you have this? I've tried newer and older versions of the tool to no avail, so these specific versions are needed.
What exactly happens when you try the newer/older Service Support Tool versions—does the printer not get detected, do you get an error message, or does the reset run but the MF8180c stays on “Download Connected”?
