Perhaps I should sketch out this circuit – the one next to it is similar. It’s about controlling this triac; there’s a similar module discussed in this thread: Clean the area thoroughly – there are probably some standard control components there. You’d better check the processor port, as it may have been damaged by those burnt-out components.

I don’t understand the question – are you asking what the mains voltage is here, or what’s the issue?Have you checked the processor? Is the port OK – is it not damaged?
