Good afternoon!
Please help me with coffee machine !!!!!!!!!!!
(Sorry for my English)
Coffee machine: Siemens EQ.5 TE506209RW/05
Problem: No normal operation of the modes.
When the start (ON is pressed), the machine performs the following actions:
1. "Siemens" is on the screen:,
2. The multivalve set to the "drain" position,
3. The pump starts and runs for a few seconds, water is discharged into the drain (into the tray).
4. The pump turns off
5. Brewing Unit goes to the top position
6. Waiting for a few seconds and then Brewing Unit goes to the middle and lowest position.
7. "Siemens" is off.
At the "Flushing" mode, the sequence of operation is similar.
At the "hot water" mode, the multivalve stops at the drain position and hot water is discharged into the tray.
When the Macchiato and others "coffee with milk" are selected, the machine does not start to make ones.
I have performed the following actions:
1. Multi-valve was disassembled and cleaned. It was perfectly clean. Microswitches are both working (tested with a multimeter). By connecting to the power supply, it was rotated to various positions and water was supplied from the syringe to inlet. The multi-valve normally supplies water to various positions - to the drain, to the BU, to the outlet of water/steam. Conclusion: the multi-valve is servicable!
The multi-valve was installed back to the machine. BUT the behavior of the machine was not changed at the start.
2. The pump, the BU, and the multi-valve were tested by the service menu. The behavior of all equipment is normal.
3. Codes from the sections of the service menu:
ERROR MEM.

What can I do next??? Please help me. May be it is concerning programming of controller?
Does the machine show any message/error on the display before it switches off, for example “descale”, “clean”, “fill system”, “check water tank”, or only “Siemens” and then OFF?
No
Did you check the flowmeter and the drainage/crema valve of the Brewing Unit? In service menu, when pump is ON, do you see flowmeter pulses/counting and does water physically reach the inlet of the Brewing Unit, or only goes directly to tray?
Not needed
