There are two possibilities, one of which has already been described by a colleague, i.e. a shorted snail button (it does not produce an error). The second possibility occurs only in trucks with a platform for the operator and results from an error in the potentiometers that determine the position of the drive wheel and steering drawbar. After replacing one of these potentiometers, the electronics must be calibrated to interpret it appropriately (even small differences in values result in slowing down to the "turtle" speed and giving an error message. From what the guy from the service said, there is "on-foot" calibration, but he only did it once for four hours. a number of activities must be carried out within a certain period of time, which is not easy). Using a laptop, 20 minutes and the pain is gone (with a coffee break). I know because I replaced a damaged potentiometer (it`s much cheaper from the manufacturer). From what the guy from the service said, lifting the stroller up and moving the drive wheel "manually" or if it jumped up while turning and the drive wheel moved not as a result of changing the position of the drawbar, we have the same effect.

As for the service codes for the dozen or so visits of the service gentlemen during which I was present (during my shift) and I always try to be there, the codes are impossible to get, they are not on the card, they are only in the laptop (there are so many of them) and so far none of them has given me convince yourself to share them. Either they are afraid or they are so loyal or their laptops are secured or they log the devices connected to them.
