Hello
Yesterday we learned to weld during our apprenticeship. The teacher showed what and how to do and we were supposed to train. I've been welding for about an hour now with a full-face mask. We went on a break. After the break I noticed that there are such welding glasses and I didn't have to hold the visor. So I took these glasses and welded them for about 3.5 hours. But after the practice, my face turned red in the place where I didn't have glasses. It looks like I'm sunburned on cancer. It tweaks a bit, but it doesn't hurt (unless I touch it). And my question is whether this redness after welding is the same redness as after sunbathing. After how long it will go away for me.
