Hello all! Maybe I'll get straight to the point. For some time now I have been intrigued by the scattered original schematics of Audio Note amplifiers and preamps. As the sound of these sets is one of the most fully reflective of the truth about music, which is reflected in the company's ideology (or vice versa - to choose from), I planned that the first tube amplifier that I will build will be the AN Oto SE project using el- 84 in the paralell s configuration, the diagram of which is attached. So I invite all fans of AN and DIY in general to build AN amplifiers, based on original schematics and component values, but also to search for new, perhaps better solutions. Although from what I can see (read, hear), the above-mentioned company knows what it is doing. I must admit that I myself have a few questions about the construction of the Oto Line SE, so I will be very grateful for any help.

And this is a nice link in Polish, of course regarding Audio Note http://www.republika.pl/mparvi/audio.htm

    These are the above-mentioned diagrams

Has anyone put together an AN amplifier and does it make sense to try them without having access to some of the best loudspeaker hits, which are the AN specialty. Second thing is I was also thinking of making a P2 SE on 6L6 beam tetrodes?

    Hello
I like your topic, who knows, maybe I will make an amplifier like this one day, but for now I am doing easier things. As for the problem of writing yourself, I know this problem, don't worry and look at the visitor counter, this is the interest rate. Probably the majority of them have a little idea about it and there is nothing to write here, as I do, but I follow the topic carefully. I have already mentioned the problem of writing a post under the post, but the moderators here on the forum do not understand this problem, we hope that they will not be too hard on you.

Currently, I am starting a search for patterns, since more power is squeezed out and the sound is similar (large opening in the midrange, lightness of the treble and pleasant pulsating bass, unfortunately it is somehow harder for me to find this pattern, so I am asking for help from those who are a bit more knowledgeable in this subject!

It is known that AN also sells its kits for self-assembly, cheaper than ready-made kits, here I put a link to the page where you can find information on how to improve such a kit.

And also a site for geeks!

And a curiosity about upgrades as well, but this time for Naim

Welcome back. This time I will present the Audio Note schematics that I have managed to find so far.
To begin with, the single-ended tube integrated:

    Here is the SE

    Now the preamps:

Now something that can be connected to the preamps:

And the amplifier that caused perhaps the most confusion:

Finally, I present the diagram of Kit No. 1 offered by Audio Note:

Best regards and have a nice copy!

I would like to add that I am urgently looking for the Soro SE schematic, if someone has one, please include it, the same in the case of other Audio Note schematics. I would like this topic to develop further, to be a place to exchange different views on the construction of these amplifiers.

I am adding one more interesting Polish link about DIY and a bit about AN:
