    Hello !!
Maybe someone will tell me to open the above-mentioned remote control .....
You have to press the volume key very hard to make it work - it's a bit annoying because it was always touch .....
I hope that a little contact repair will help ...
There is no possibility of unscrewing it anywhere - so it's probably on latches but who knows ... maybe it's a disposable one? and you have to split it ??
I am asking for help before I break something .. :)

Some people suggested metal tools on similar topics - I consider it a last resort, as usually there are traces.
I believe that each remote control can be opened using a fingernail (on the side connection). Sometimes it is possible to pry off the inside with a screwdriver at the battery compartment.
Cleaning consists of wiping the plate with alcohol, and the erasers first to dry (if heavily soiled, then use warm water with a cleaning agent and dry) and additionally clean them with alcohol.

    Thank you!!
Unfortunately, the place for the battery is integrated into the bottom half of the housing and it is not possible to interfere with the latches from the inside.
I will see by force from the outside (with my fingernail) but it will be rather difficult. I have already fumbled a bit in various inventions and I know from experience that everything is simple when it opens :) - previously without experience with the equipment - macabre :( and usually something needs to be damaged to get to know the inside, and this pilot is very solidly closed and there are no gaps or clearances - no play, no, after all, the original! and it was supposed to be that way :)

Regards and if someone opened something like that, please continue to give me a hint.

    PS

I've already dealt with it. Very solidly built remote control and very durable latches - after tilting it with a thin screwdriver, the catch opened and so just a little bit and I gently opened the housing (no damage) it turned out that some kind soul treated the remote control with a sticky liquid and hence the trouble - after washing in a delicate solution of dishwashing liquid and drying it is OK as it was at the beginning :)
Thank you for your help - I close the topic.

Hello, I just read about this SAMSUNG remote control, and the first attempt with a fingernail ended in failure, but I opened it using a thin blade from a penknife, inserting it at the bottom of the remote control on the right side, parallel to the SAMSUNG inscription, and it opened towards the top of the remote control, and now it`s just cleaning. Regards Lech
