I have a problem in Windows, one document is overdue in the printer properties and is effectively blocking other documents waiting in the queue. Unfortunately, removing this overdue document is a very difficult thing for my system to accomplish. How to deal with this problem ??

I did so, and the document did not want to be deleted. Resetting the computer helped.

run the command line and type cmd and your console will fire up
    type
    NET STOP spooler
then go to the windows \ system32 \ spool directory
throw out everything that's in there
    and then NET START spooler

    and it will be git
