Opel Astra Z18XE 03: Traction Control Light, Engine Torque Reduction Malfunction C0256, ABS Issue

Question

Hello.
The problem is that when the traction control light comes on, the car does not seem to be smoking on one cylinder and throttles when driving.
Error read by Launch:
C0256 Engine Torque Reduction Malfunction (torque reduction fault)
I also found such a description:
C0256 "Electromagnet / gauge # 1 ABS rear left - fault"

Would anyone be able to light it up a little? Because I do not know what this asterisk is.

Probably a sensor to replace. You need to check the wiring next to the wheel.

- vehicle speed signal, from ABS to the engine controller
- torque reduction signal from ABS to the engine control unit (occurs when ABS performs traction / ESP control)
- sometimes there is a "rough road" signal from ABS to the engine controller, used, among others, by the ignition loss detection algorithm.

Look at the left rear wheel. Most likely, he does not read the signal from the speed of this wheel or sees a different one than it is. I do not know how it is in your asterisk but in most cars there is an inductive sensor and such a ring with puffs (gear) I do not know how to call it professionally. If the wheel is cracked or the gap between the wheel and the sensor changes, then such circuses come out. There may also be damaged cables somewhere.

I had the same problem when my water pump went, I'd imagine it was because the engine started to run lumpy as the head gasket failed as a result. This was confirmed by a head clean and new gaskets and all codes cleared themselves.
