Maybe it's a matter of setting in the program.
I used to record desktop actions using CamStudio (the free one). And there the sound diverged from the recorded image. It turned out there was no synchronization.
The film was recorded with set by frames marked in the options and set by milisecons in the sound.
Hence the destruction.
