    Hello to you.
I have a small problem with the internet. I have radio internet, and recently I bought a laptop and I could use internet there, so I bought a TP-LINK TL-WR543G router. I normally have internet on my computer and when I connect the router it cannot connect and there is such an error that the server DNS is not responding. What is this, I have no idea.
    Please give me some information.

It would be appropriate to describe how you have everything connected. Drawing? Plus the results of the ipconfig / all command from the working internet.

    So.
The internet cable goes to this input on the wan router or something, and there are four outputs on the router and one of them goes to the computer,

Or maybe on the computer with the Internet you have a fixed DNS and that's why you have the Internet, or on the laptop you have the DNS address set, which is no longer there?

I have wifi in my lap, so I didn't even check if it was there. There is internet directly from the cable.

To check if there are hard-defined DNS's, go to the control panel -> network connections -> ipv4 protocol tcp / ip -> properties. And write what you have marked at the bottom (automatic or manual DNS).

Start -> Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> View networks and tasks -> Change network card settings (left) -> to wifi ppm network card, properties -> From the list: Internet protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4) -> Properties.
And write what you have marked in the lower frame, automatic or manual DNS.

And show what's in ipconfig / all (command line) from both computers.

And isn't it better to set it up in the laptop, since the Internet is lost?

In my opinion, a router is a better solution, because a laptop is a mobile device, so it can change the location and networks it uses. Better then that the addressing was "full autimat". The issue of the stationary one is up to the owner to configure it.

And isn't it that after connecting the router, there is no Internet anywhere at all? It was supposed to be ipconfig / all, not ipconfig.

In MAC-Clone in the router, enter the MAC address (physical address) of the card from the computer to which the working Internet is connected.

So when I connect the router, I have no internet anywhere, now it is disconnected

After connecting the router, the computer connects to it, but there is no internet connection. I don't know how to check the router status because I can't find it anywhere. Now I disconnected the router and the internet is normally connected and I get a network error with a different ip, i.e. maybe the router's ip

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing a "DNS server not responding" issue after connecting a TP-LINK TL-WR543G router to their radio internet setup. The user successfully connects to the internet via a direct cable but encounters problems when the router is introduced. Various troubleshooting steps are suggested, including checking the DNS settings on both the laptop and the desktop, ensuring DHCP settings are correctly configured, and entering specific DNS addresses (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) in the router's DHCP settings. The user is advised to provide the output of the "ipconfig /all" command from both devices to further diagnose the issue. The conversation highlights the importance of proper configuration and the potential need for MAC address cloning in the router settings.
