You need to run a ground cable with a suitable cross-section from the intercom to the designated place.

Use the appropriate button that will be resistant to climatic conditions.
Connect it in parallel to the existing button.

You need to use some wireless bell set. The "Melody" should control the transmitter and you can have the remote control in your pocket.
such a set requires some modifications ...
"Avoids" digging pits, ditches and laying cables.
The solution - in which the transmitter system / from the battery / is located in the surface-mounted housing of the bell button, works with the receiver that activates the latch and has been operating for several years.
The 12V battery withstood the frosts it used to be - but the electronics in the button were damaged by a storm / a close discharge in a metal fence /.

It is easier to use a timer that will extend the time of activating the electric strike or activate it for a few (several) seconds, but with a certain delay that will allow you to reach the gate.

This is the most sensible way out.

I mated a leroy merlin combination lock for about 100 zlotys and it works very well. There are three relays inside and you can assign a code to each. I used two for the gate so that there were two passwords and the third for the gate so that it could be opened from the keyboard. In this lock, it is also possible, by closing the contact, to open the relay for a predetermined time, and thus it is triggered at home and from an additional button in the gate remote control.

If the wicket is connected to 12V and an electric strike connected in the panel at the gate, what's the problem? You take out 12V, put it on a microswitch or other switch and open it when you want, even when you come back after a drunk night and your wife doesn't feel like getting up and "serving"

1-I don't know the electrical system of this set
    2-all is under warranty
3-a lot has been written on the forum about this device. The opening PULSE time is constant and only 5 seconds.

The whole of this video intercom is in a coherently closed state and it is rather impossible to interfere with the details of this whole unit.
The only thing that is available are two contacts from the tap cable. One is on the ground / surely / and the other has an opening impulse for these 5 seconds.

And what does the accessibility of the opening contact look like? And how often do you have to press "open" on "video" to open each time?

I am modernizing the "receiver" system in such a way that:
-I choose a quite dense melody, I put it on the npn transistor / via R / a trans.
it has a mini relay in its circuit, and I connect its contact to this switching catch.
-supply of the "receiver" I choose the 4-sticks mini, in order to power it, for example, with some simple "cell" power supply.

    Welcome
I forgot the password for that account, so I did it in such a way that I installed a separate transformer in the house and connected it to the other two wires that were pulled to the gate.
The electric strike is powered by a separate power supply and the button is connected to one wire to make and break the impulse. So simple and so practical! I recommend such a patent, it is still useful :D

How can I recover the password from an account that was created later than the one in the first post in the thread?
Something went wrong ... Blockade to be cleared.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting a button to an electric strike for a gate, allowing it to be opened from inside the garden without needing keys. Users suggest various solutions, including running a ground cable from the intercom to the button, using a wireless bell system to avoid digging trenches, and employing a timer to extend the activation time of the electric strike. The intercom model mentioned is from ORNO (model OR-031). Some participants propose using a separate power supply for the electric strike and connecting it to a switch to create a simple and practical solution. Concerns about the limitations of the existing intercom system and the need for additional wiring are also discussed.
